Ron Roberts
Designated BrokerRon is a native Arizonan from Cave Creek where he currently resides. He obtained his real estate license in 1980 however, interrupted this career to serve in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1991. Following this, he returned to Scottsdale and, once again, pursued his real estate career. He has been a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® since 1992 and, among other involvement, was voted REALTOR® of the Year in 2001 and served as its President in 2005. Experienced in new home sales, residential resale, land and commercial, Ron also has extensive experience as a designated broker & sales manager. Ron has served since 1996 on local and state REALTOR® associations Professional Standards Committees, as a mediator and, is a certified ethics instructor.
He has obtained many designations and certifications which attests to his commitment to professional education and training. Ron is an excellent communicator and is able to develop relationships quickly. This, along with strong negotiating skills, contributes to a long history of successful transactions. In his spare time he enjoys flying, golf, tennis, hiking and is an avid reader. He is a past director for Habitat for Humanity Desert Foothills and is 2008/2009 President of the Arizona REALTORS® Housing Needs Foundation. He is extremely well versed in Arizona history and serves as a volunteer docent for the Cave Creek Museum.

Rob Dwyer
Managing PartnerRob is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Economics. He entered the Arizona real estate market in 1988, when he and a partner purchased John Noble and Associates and converted the company to a national franchise. After increasing the office agents from 15 to nearly 60 in a few short years, he sold his interest in the firm. Rob now manages the day-to-day business of Dominion Real Estate Partners and its joint ventures and partnerships.

Skip Graham
Managing PartnerThe Graham family has been active in real estate in Wyoming and Arizona since 1960. Skip, a graduate of University of Wyoming, has been practicing real estate since 1975. Active in Arizona since 1984, he has served as Designated Broker for RE/MAX Excalibur Realty, has been associated with Tom Jackson and Associates, and Merrill Lynch Commercial Properties. Skip has also developed residential subdivisions, commercial office complexes, and retail centers. His main focus at Dominion Real Estate Partners is the development of syndications, partnerships, and joint ventures. Skip serves on the Arizona Professional Standards Committee.
